I met Shannon while touring an open house. I had been on the market for a home a few months, but had struggled to find a realtor that would return my emails/calls or take me seriously when they saw how old I was. After we exchanged information I quickly learned that she was exactly what I was looking for. Shannon is quick to respond to messages and calls, is happy to reach out to listing agents to get more information on properties, and will tour as many homes with you as you'd like. I never felt pressured to buy something I wasn't 100% interested in or to offer more than what I felt a property was worth. Shannon is an extremely skilled realtor. My husband and I were first time home buyers when we worked with her. She is really good at explaining the real estate buying process to newbies. She made us feel comfortable and stress free! When I say stress free I mean it, she works so hard for her clients. Shannon Goyne is every woman/man/childs realtor. She is incredibly hardworking and patient. We unfortunately had to break up with our previous realtors after randomly meeting her. Just in that first visit she taught us how to buy a house and we knew we could not compete in this sellers market without her. We would not have gotten a house without her knowledge of strategic contractual leverage and well as her determination to keep trying.
